Growing up, Kaëlla's father had done a lot of travel within the MENA (the Middle East & North Africa) Region. In hearing about some of the journeys, it had piqued interest causing a growing excitement to visit the continent one day. In 2019, Kaëlla and her family were able to visit Kenya. Thanks to an excellent experience, she hopes to visit again in the future.
A younger Kaëlla had also been to South Africa and Seychelles.
